Martha Cohort — AI Governance Training for Teams
A structured cohort for teams learning to build and govern AI-augmented workflows. Practical, applied, and grounded in the DCFB and CIR frameworks.
For Teams Who Build
Martha is not an AI literacy course. It is a structured cohort for teams that are already building AI-augmented workflows — and want to build them in a way that holds up under pressure.
The curriculum is grounded in the DCFB framework and the CIR readiness model. Every session is applied. Every exercise produces an artifact the team takes back to their actual work.
What Martha Addresses
Most team-level AI training falls into two failure modes:
Too abstract: Conceptual frameworks with no connection to the actual decisions teams face daily.
Too technical: Tool tutorials that assume the governance question doesn’t exist.
Martha occupies the necessary middle: practical, applied governance architecture for the teams doing the building.
The Cohort Structure
Sessions cover:
- Mapping your team’s cognitive field (DCFB applied)
- Intent specification in practice
- Building authority architecture for your actual workflows
- Alignment monitoring at team scale
- Failure mode literacy as a team practice
- Synthesising governance artifacts from live work sessions
